At this table, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the guest of honor.

Olive cultivation in Tuscany has ancient origins, and Lucca has a special relationship with oil. Olive groves are an integral part of the landscape, and the oil trade has always been a valuable source of income for the people of Lucca.

A golden yellow color with green reflections and a generally sweet taste with unmistakable bitter and spicy sensations.

He will also be presenting Italian wines, street food, producers, everyday and refined cuisines, entire menus and individual dishes. Tables will be represented, accompanied by music, observed, experienced... and ready for the final toast.
