Exhibitions, tastings, walking tours in the nature to celebrate  the camellia flower the very protagonist of the event.

This is the Antiche Camelie della Lucchesia exhibition, an international event in the Compitese area, on the Lucac slope of the Monte Pisano. The outdoor exhibition, now in its XXXIII edition, takes place at the camellia garden: "Il camelietum" in the villages of S. Andrea and Pieve di Compito, but also involves other hamlets around Capannori, Villa Reale and the city of Lucca.

A very rich program to valorise the territory and its natural environment. There are guided tours of the Camelieto in Sant'Andrea and its surroundings, on the paths of the Compitese area, scientific and botanical exhibitions inside the villas, visits to the gardens and historical and artistic attractions of the Borgo, collateral events in the towns of Compitese and Lucca, sale of certified camellias and tea tastings.
