Photographs and antique toys on display at Palazzo Ducale. Over 200 images and various toys that represent a cross-section of our history.

The exhibition curated by Pietro Luigi Biagioni, with a scenic project signed by Alessandro Sesti, will be open to the public from Sunday 5 December until 9 January 2022.

A truly moving and exciting journey through images of children, photos of vintage toys, games and playful objects of the past. An exhibition that analyzes the relationship between gifts and Christmas, the sense of expectation and the desire to receive an unexpected or much-desired gift, the surprise effect and the curiosity that is a typical human instinct of children but also part of adult behavior.

The set-up also has a soundtrack by Gianmarco Caselli who specially composed Ambarabà, a cheerful piece, with the sounds of trumpets, drums and children's voices inspired by the atmosphere of the popular village festivals that filled the streets and squares involving local communities.
