The Giglio theater, which has always been the artistic and cultural reference point of Lucca, celebrates its two hundred year anniversary since the official opening with this name.
The 2019-2020 Theater Season offers a rich and composite billboard, with a strong impact, focusing on high quality performances: opera, which inaugurates the season as usual, with plays from the best melodrama repertoire and important co-productions, great Italian prose actors and dance companies.

Seven performances in the Theatre Season 2019/2020 and some news are part of the programme: guided theater and TCommunity visits, a jury of young people under 25 who will choose the best show of the season from the Xgeneration's point of view.
