In memory of the day of birth, the "Circolo Amici della musica Alfredo Catalani" organizes the usual annual vocal and instrumental concert, in honor of the musician Alfredo Catalani.

Stars of the evening: the soprano Sabrina Cortese, the tenor Pasquale Scircoli, Laura Pasqualetti at the piano, anchorwoman Loredana Bruno.
The musical program is conceived on a historical-chronological way that unfolds in the time period that goes from the late eighteenth century with Mozart to the twentieth century of Wolf Ferrari, Stravinsky and Ginastera.

The arias sung are alternated with those for solo piano; among the latter, of particular rarity and beauty, is the Danza de la moza donosa, by Alberto Ginastera.
