The Casa Boia Museum offers to the city with a new round of cultural encounters dedicated to the theme of Via Francigena, which will enrich the initiatives of the Museum. Prompted by Third Millennium Onlus and Cooperative Idea, the initiative uses the contribution of Arvo - Digital Archive of the Holy Face, and of Lucchese professionals and scholars active in the territory.

Six weekly meetings will introduce the themes of the Via Francigena and the historical itineraries, narrated through the experiences and the knowledge of the speakers. Meetings, designed to involve a wide and varied audience, will be an opportunity for confrontation and reflection on the role of our city in enhancing its important historical, archaeological and landscape heritage linked to itineraries and fascinating characters.
