From the traces of memory in our brain to the role of the development of empathy in developmental age, from dark matter to black holes and their key role in the theory of quantum gravity, from machine learning to how to live with robots. These explosive and bubbly scientific meetings will characterize Pint of Science Pisa-Lucca 2019, which is at its fourth edition of the international scientific dissemination event born in 2012 in the United Kingdom and which has embraced 23 Italian cities and 24 countries in the world, covering all five the continents.
An appointment that is now becoming a classic in the Lucca and Pisa spring, returning for the fourth consecutive year from Monday 20 to Wednesday 22 May.

The pubs involved are three: in Lucca is the Caffè Letterario Luccalibri on Viale Regina Margherita, in Pisa, the Bruno Barley in Via delle Case Dipinte and the Caffè Letterario Volta Pagina in Via S. Martino, while Tech me out, Atoms to galaxies and Beautiful mind are this year's macro-themes corresponding to technologies, physics and neurosciences.

Pint of Science Pisa-Lucca 2019 this year offers us nine talks, one each in each room for three nights.

On May 22nd at 19:00 at Luccalibri, Professor Andrea Caiti of the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa will talk about the robots and the implications of our interactions with them.
