An extraordinary edition of the market and an afternoon of celebration, fun, meetings and tastings. The program will open with a conference on the present and the future of agriculture to continue with the tasting of dishes prepared by some Lucchesi restaurateurs with seasonal products. Many are the realities of the territory involved, from the Wine and Oil Roads of Lucca, Montecarlo and Versilia, to the Slow Food Orto in Condotta project, which will be entrusted with the educational, didactic and laboratory space; from the Agricultural Institute “Busdraghi”, a precious ally of the market, a place full of ideas and projects for the sustainable development of the territory, at the "A. Passaglia" artistic musical high school which will be entrusted with its musical entertainment.
