Il ritorno dello Stato nell'Economia. The president of the Constitutional Court and university professor Giuliano Amato will be in Lucca on Friday 29 April at 5.30 pm in the Auditorium of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni to talk about the conditions for the efficiency of the return of the state to economy.

Amato will focus on art. 41 of the Constitution, on the relationship between freedom of private initiative and social contribution, on the recent return of the State and public rules in economy and on the conditions for the efficiency of this return, the subject of a recent publication (Bentornato Stato, ma... - Il Mulino, 2022).

The event is part of the meetings in Italian language Incontri con le eccellenze, with personalities from the world of culture, economy, literature and research, who will be in Lucca in 2022 to discuss and deepen current topics of strong cultural value.
