A botanical treasure hunt in a fairy-tale villa, a medieval picnic or with a view on the river, on the banks of a lake hidden in the most authentic countryside or at the foot of a centuries-old oak.

If you want to spend Easter Monday with your friends, we suggest renting a bike to arrive and enjoy the pleasure of a day outdoors while respecting the environment.

Here are our five favourite tours through nature, history and tasty food.

1 - A GREEN TREASURE HUNT

Walking on the city walls on ancient stones, in the gardens, by the lake, in the countryside or in the city, on the first warm days in the nature. The perfect detox walk can be made in the Piana di Lucca area, through fresh and colorful blooms.
Alone, with your friends or with the entire family, relax is guaranteed!

A great music afternoon with melodies and spirituality and an important opportunity to present talented young musicians from the area.

On Sunday 10 April at 5:30 pm in the San Francesco church the traditional Easter Concert of the Gaetano Luporini Philharmonic of San Gennaro is back again, conducted by Maestro Giampaolo Lazzeri.

Arte del pellegrino, a three-day festival in the barracks of the Ancient Mint of Lucca between history, art, culture and food, focusing on the travel theme.

Many events are in the program. Percorsi contemporanei is a photographic exhibition curated by Carlo Vincenzi, with 12 black and white shots stolen from wayfarers and pilgrims during their travels. Itinerari del Gusto are food tastings of excellent local products, simple dishes inspired by the classic pilgrim's meal, but with a topical touch for modern travelers.
