Between food, art and conversation, Spazio Salvetti hosts the zero edition of Officina Verzura, three evenings of confrontation and sharing with Vittorio Sgarbi, Andrea Scanzi and Giampiero Mughini, guests of the workspace of the artisan artist Andrea Salvetti.

Every evening unites the debate with the guest and the experience of food, a direct streaming widen the look on this creative itinerary and create a continuity with other realities also outside our city.

The Verzura theater was born in 2007 in Borgo a Mozzano where, in the garden of the former Oblate convent, cultural meetings are held every summer with guests from the national and international scene.

Thursday 18 April, Se il destino spezza un'opera geniale, (if fate breaks a genial destiny) by Giampiero Mughini. Food and Convivium are curated by Cristiano Tomei, Ristorante L'imbuto * (Lucca) and Damiano Donati, Punto Officina del Gusto (Lucca) and the winemakers of LuccaBiodinamica.

100 seats are available for each evening. The entrance fee is 30.00 euros per person, the three-night pass has a cost of 80.00 euros.
