The 1st edition of UNICA is dedicated to the health and well-being of people with different food experiences and to correct information regarding health through nutrition.
In the DNA of each person is written what he should eat for his psycho-physical well-being. Personalized nutrition is therefore essential.

The program includes two conferences open to the public on the topic of lactose intolerance and celiac disease as soon as they are diagnosed and the correct diet to follow without losing the "taste" of food;

an ECM accredited congress "La Biologia Molecolare nella Pratica Clinica" ("Molecular Biology in Clinical Practice") for doctors and professionals in the sector, with national and international guests from various universities including the Universities of Pisa and Florence;

an informative event for the public on the problems of food intolerance to lactose and for a correct scientific information on health through nutrition.
The presence of territorial, national and local realities and a tasting of lactose-free products with the possibility of purchase is foreseen.
