Exhibition of art and design "A view on design" will present to the public some works of the painter Federico Romero Bayter, an artist graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, already known for having exhibited his paintings both nationally and internationally. Bayter, of Colombian origin but now an Italian citizen, depicts the urban reality in his works, drawing with the brush lines that are confusedly intertwined, but that depict in a clear and fantastic way, squares of cities that we all know. For this occasion the artist has also created a painting depicting the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, with which Bayter wants to pay tribute to the beautiful city of Lucca.

In this context it will also be possible to admire design creations, some by Giulia Canepa, promoter of the event, entirely made on the Tuscan territory, which has produced over time and continues to produce, objects that are appreciated for their craftsmanship and research into details. everywhere, in Italy and abroad. There will be iconic creations such as the famous Rio chaise-longue by Oscar Niemeyer or the beautiful Liana bookcase made for Ettore Sottsass in 1993, but also contemporary creations, with a sophisticated design, including leather armchairs in the Pisan industrial district, or marble tables fine wines skillfully produced by the marble craftsmen of Pietrasanta.
